Performance Features

• Low Iron Loss: The loss caused by the reversal of magnetic domains in an alternating magnetic field is low, which can effectively reduce the no-load losses of transformers and other equipment and cut down the operating costs.

Production Process

It is smelted in an oxygen converter. The steel billet undergoes hot rolling, normalizing, cold rolling, intermediate annealing and secondary cold rolling successively to reach the finished product thickness. Then it goes through decarburization annealing and high-temperature annealing, and finally is coated with an insulating layer.
