Product Overview
iron core:
The iron core is made of cold-rolled grain-oriented siliconsteel sheets with high magnetic conductivity, with inclinedjoint laminated structure. Section of the core limbs is ofmulti-class ladder round, with uniform section with that ofyoke.
winding:
The winding adopts corrugated oil duct with non-dippingprocess, bound by shrinkable tape; all windings are ofconcentric coils;taps of Hv winding with correspondingtapping voltage shall be led to the tap switch, and theswitch shall be installed on the box cover. Power supplymust be cut off first when changing the tapping voltage.
Oil tank:
Transfarmer oil tank is composed of corrugated walls withpowder painted surface and reinforced with film. Corrugated coaling fin nat only has coaling function, butalso has breathing function, the elasticity of carrugatedcooling fin make rt adapt to the change of oil volume due tochange temperature. So this hermetically sealed transfarmerdoes not have oil conservator, which decreases 1h& heightof transformer.
The transformer adopts vacuum oil-injection technalogyduring encapsulation that thoroughly removes the moisturefrom transformer, and keeps the transformer oil fromcontacting the air, This is technalogy also avoid insulationperformance reduction or oil aging due to entering ofoxygen or moisture,it improves operation reliability oftransformer.
