    Chemical Composition

    It mainly contains about 3% silicon element, as well as appropriate amounts of elements such as carbon, aluminum, manganese, and sulfur. Aluminum combines with nitrogen to form inhibitors to control grain growth and improve magnetic properties.     Production Process

    It is smelted by an oxygen converter. The steel billet undergoes hot rolling, normalizing, cold rolling, intermediate annealing and secondary cold rolling successively to reach the finished thickness, and then goes through decarburization annealing and high-temperature annealing, and finally is coated with an insulating layer.
