    Products And Application Fields

Magnet wire, also known as winding wire, is an insulated wire used to manufacture coils or windings in electrical products. Magnet wire is generally divided enameled wire, wrapped wire, enameled wrapped wire, and inorganic insulated wire.

Main application fields:Energy‑saving transformers,High‑efficiency energy‑saving motors,New energy and intelligent manufacturing, etc

    Process Flow

    • Material preparation

The raw materials of the electromagnetic wire are transported to the production site by cart. The preparation of the paint is completed in the paint mixing room. According to the different insulation degrees of various electromagnetic wires, a certain proportion of paint and thinner are fully mixed and evenly added to the varnishing machine.

    • Drawing

Drawing is carried out in the drawing machine, according to the required wire diameter, it is divided into one or more times. The temperature drawing can generally reach 60‑100℃, and water‑soluble lubricant is used for lubrication and cooling. When the temperature exceeds 100, cooling and heat dissipation are supplemented.

    • Water wash

Water wash is washed by high‑pressure water flow after being purified by hydrochloric acid and caic soda, so as to remove the oil stain on the surface of the electromagnetic wire.

    • Annealing

Annealing is generally carried out in a furnace by electric. The annealing temperature is generally controlled at 300‑600℃. Water vapor is used for protection during annealing to prevent oxidation. After annealing a blower is used for air cooling to about 40℃ and then enters the impregnation section.

    • Impregnation

The impregnation section carried out in a varnishing machine and completed for many times according to the requirements of the insulation layer. Diluent is added according to the needs of the coating impregnation. The diluent contains flammable and toxic liquids such as cresol and xylene.

    • Drying

The drying of the electromagnetic wire carried out in a drying furnace. The drying temperature is determined according to the speed of drawing and is generally 300‑400℃. The highest can reach 70 degrees Celsius. Drying and waste gas exhaust are carried out simultaneously. The waste gas (temperature is 300‑400 degrees Celsius) discharged flammable and toxic steam such as cresol, phenol, and xylene, which is discharged into the atmosphere by a waste exhaust fan after reaching the environmental protection index catalyst reaction.

    • Winding

Winding is to use the winding device to wind the dried electromagnetic wire finished product on the spool. A small amount of ant (974 gasoline, cyclohexane) is required to be added during winding.

    • Packing and storage

After inspection, the wound spool is wrapped plastic film and packed in a cardboard box or cardboard tube. According to the needs of the user, it is packed into a cable reel and loaded and unloaded to a special warehouse.
