    iron core:

    The iron core is made of high-permeability grain-orientedcold-rolled silicon steel sheet, Fully oblique seam stackediron core,the iron core column has a multi-step circularcross section, and the iron yoke and the iron core have thesame cross section.

    ICoil:

    The firing group adopts corrugated oil passage, nonimmersed paint process, and tightening banding; the firinggroup is all concentric coils; the high-voltage firing grouphas taps corresponding to the requirements of the tapvoltage, which is led to the decomposition switch, and theswitch is installed on the cover it is necessary to cut off thepower before changing the tap Voltage

    Oil tank:

    The transformer oil tank is composed of corrugated walls,the surface is sprayed with dust, and the paint film is firm. The corrugated fins not only have the cooling function, but also have the breathing function. The elasticity of thecorrugated fins can compensate for the change intransformer oil volume caused by the temperature rise andfall.Therefore, the fully sealed transformer has no oilstorage cabinet, which reduces the overall temperature ofthe transformer.

    Transformer adopts vacuum oil injection process duringpackaging, which completely removes the moisture in thetransformer, and the transformer oil is not in contact with air.Effectively prevent oxygen and moisture from intruding intothe transformer, resulting in degradation of transformerinsulation performance and aging of transformer oil, whichimproves the feasibility of transformer operation.

    Insulation structure:

    oil-immersed distribution transformer adopts A-levelinsulation structure; high voltage coil and low voltage coilare concentric; the space between coils is cardboard sleevesmall oil clearance oil partition structure.
