    Energy efficiency level:

    According to the regulations of "GB 20052-2020 Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades of Power Transformers", the S18 transformer belongs to the third-level energy efficiency standard.

    Energy-saving advantages:

    Compared with some earlier transformer models, such as the S9 type, the S18 transformer has been optimized in design and adopts more advanced energy-saving technologies and materials, which reduces the no-load loss and load loss to a certain extent, improves the energy utilization efficiency, and helps to reduce the energy consumption and operation cost of the power system.

    Technical Characteristics

    Core design:

    High-quality high-permeability cold -rolled silicon steel sheets are selected, and advanced lamination processes are used. For example, the Swiss fully automatic laminating machine is used for precise longitudinal and transverse cutting to ensure the automatic lamination of multi-stage full-slope joints, effectively reducing the no-load loss and no-load current of the transformer.

    Winding design:

    A reasonable winding structure and insulating materials are adopted to improve the electrical strength and heat dissipation performance of the winding, reduce the eddy current loss and the risk of local overheating of the winding, thereby improving the reliability and service life of the transformer.

    Cooling system:

    It may adopt a more optimized cooling method and heat dissipation structure, such as an improved oil circulation system or a radiator design, which improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the transformer, enabling it to maintain a good operating temperature under different load conditions and reducing the faults and losses caused by overheating.

    Structural design:

    The overall structure is more compact and reasonable. The oil tank and oil storage tank have undergone strict leakage test. The components are installed using the flange groove structure, and all seals are made of high-quality materials to prevent leakage, improving the sealing performance and short-circuit resistance of the transformer.
