    Excellent Electrical Performance: High-quality silicon steel sheets are selected to reduce the magnetic flux density and the magnetostrictive amount of the silicon steel sheets, effectively reducing noise. The structure of the high-voltage coil is optimized to improve the distribution of interlayer voltage and capacitance, enhance the ability to withstand atmospheric overvoltage and switching overvoltage impacts, and reduce the partial discharge amount.

    Strong Overload and Short-circuit Resistance: It has a relatively strong overload capacity and short-circuit resistance, and can provide stable power supply under the complex working conditions of shearers, reducing the number of power outages caused by overload or short-circuit faults and improving the working efficiency of shearers.

    Low Losses: Through optimized design and the selection of high-quality materials, the no-load losses and load losses of the transformer are reduced, improving the energy utilization efficiency and reducing the coal mining cost.
