Product Overview
Structural Design
• Core: It is made by laminating high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with 45-degree full-slope multi-step joints. The surface is covered with a resin insulation coating, which features moisture resistance, rust prevention and noise reduction.
• Winding: The coils are wound with copper wires or made by foil winding, reinforced with glass fiber. The epoxy resin without filler is vacuum-dried, degassed and dehumidified and then integrally cast. It has high mechanical strength and strong ability to resist short circuits and withstand impacts.
• Cooling and Protection: It is designed for self-cooling. Longitudinal ventilation ducts are reserved inside the walls of the integrally cast high (low) voltage coils. A forced air cooling device can also be equipped. The enclosure protection level is generally IP00 or IP20, effectively preventing external objects from entering the inside of the transformer.
Performance Characteristics
• Energy-saving and High-efficiency: Technologies for reducing no-load loss and load loss are adopted to significantly reduce energy consumption and improve energy utilization efficiency.
• Safe and Reliable: With a fully enclosed structure and dry insulation materials used inside, there will be no oil leakage problem, greatly improving the safety and reliability of the equipment.
• Easy to Maintain: There is no need to carry out complicated tasks such as oil level monitoring and oil quality testing, reducing the maintenance difficulty and cost.
• Low Noise: The noise level of the product is more than 10 to 15 decibels lower than that of the current standards.

• Rated Capacity: Usually ranging from 0.5 KVA to 5000 KVA.
• Insulation Grade: Generally F level or H level, which can ensure safe operation under high load and high temperature environments.
• Short-circuit Impedance: Usually between 4% and 8%.
